Closing Agent for Purchase
– We coordinate your closing, keeping in touch with all parties involved in the transaction. We issue an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy and confirm title is clear. If you are obtaining a loan for the purchase, we will also issue a Lender’s Title Insurance Policy.

– We will coordinate your closing, keeping in touch with all parties involved in the transaction. We issue an Lender’s Title Insurance Policy on your loan and confirm title is clear.
Representation for Buyer
– We also represent Buyers either for standard purchases where we also act as the Closing Agent or for purchases through REO’s or Short Sales. We will coordinate the closing and review all documents on Buyer’s behalf.
Representation for Seller
– We will coordinate with the Closing agent and/or the Buyer’s lender if there is a loan. We will ensure all fees/costs are correct and prepare and assist Seller with the execution of documents for closing.
